The rooms are located in a residential building. All guests are required to behave accorgingly,\u00a0 respecting the needs of the other Guests , as well as of the residents in the other apartments of the building.<\/p>\n

Security deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

A fixed fee is required as a security deposit, to guarantee any compensation due for damage caused by the Guest. The fee is equal to the amount of 1 night at the rate defined for the Guest’s stay, which will be returned \/released as soon as the correct check-out has been verified.<\/p>\n

Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-in is allowed from 12.00 on the expected day of arrival (or after, up to any time).
\nCheck-out is required by 10.00 am on the day of departure (or earlier, at any time).<\/p>\n

Reservation and cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reservation of the room, after being accepted by “flaminia354”, is finalized with the payment of the entire cost of the overnight stay for the number of days agreed.<\/p>\n
